TieCare — Privacy Policy

TieCare ("the app," "we") is built privacy-first, and we treat your child's health information with particular care. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Information we collect

None that leaves your device. Everything you enter — your child's profile, the stretch schedule and logs, healing photos, and myofunctional exercise records — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share this data, and we operate no servers that receive it.

Your child's photos stay on your device

Healing photos you take are saved only in the app's private storage on your phone. They are never uploaded to us or to any third party. They remain under your control and are removed if you delete them or uninstall the app.

Purchases

If you buy an in-app upgrade, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases; it receives only anonymous purchase identifiers. No personal or health data is sent to RevenueCat, Apple, or Google beyond what is required to process the purchase.

Analytics and advertising

The app contains no advertising and no behavioral analytics or tracking SDKs.

Who uses the app

TieCare is operated by parents and caregivers, not by children. It is not a child-directed service.

Data storage and deletion

Your data lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes its data. Any backup you create is controlled entirely by you.

Not medical advice

TieCare is an information and tracking tool, not a substitute for medical care. It does not diagnose conditions or replace your provider's instructions. Always follow the aftercare protocol given by your dentist, physician, IBCLC, or therapist, and contact your provider with any concerns.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
